Size the artwork as large as you'd want it embroidered on the garments.

Specific Thread Colors:

If you're looking to match specific thread colors in your artwork, we need exact pantone numbers. Computer screens can be calibrated differently and there is no way of knowing if the color on our screens is that same color that you are looking at. If thread colors are not specified, we will use the threads that match your artwork to achieve the color as close as possible.

Misc:


All artwork must be computer generated and saved as one of the files above.


Using fonts?


Make sure to save as a .pdf or .jpg as we may not have the same fonts as you do. Also, if you're sending a corelDraw, illustrator, svg or eps file, make sure that your fonts are changed to objects.


Images from the internet will not digitize well, so just don't use them!




Embroidery FAQS



Q. What should I include in my first email?

A. Here is the information that we need:

•Quantity of items

•Brand of items

•# of colors (max. 15)

•Thread colors

•Deadline

•Artwork

•Good contact info


Q. How can I get a more detailed quote for my order?

A. Give us a call and we can quote an order on specific shirt brands and styles and give you more accurate information regarding digitizing and stitch count.


Q. How can I get my shirts cheaper?

A. The more shirts you order, the lower the cost of the stitch count fee and sometimes, the shirts.


Q. Do I have to pay full price if I embroider the same shirts later?

A. The digitizing fee is a one time charge. If you place an additional order for exactly the same artwork, you will not be charged the digitizing fee again. A small set-up fee and other fees remain the same.


Q. Do I have to pay tax if I plan to resell the shirts?

A. If you can provide a copy of your current State Reseller's Permit then we can skip the tax. However, we need the copy at the time of payment in order to process it correctly.


Q. How much are your design services?

A. Our design services are roughly $35/hour.


Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. We accept cash, cashier’s check, visa, mastercard and paypal.


Q. Do you require a deposit before my order can be started?

A. We ask for a 50% deposit for new customers. Depending on the size of the order, we may require a larger deposit.


ARTWORK

Q. What file format is best?
A. It is best to send us the vector artwork by email in either a .cdr, .ai, .svg, .pdf or .jpeg that is at least 300 dpi. It's also best to send the artwork near the size you would like it embroidered.

Q. How do I know what size the artwork should be?
A. The artwork needs to be based on the smallest sized shirt that you are ordering. When embroidering, the artwork stays the same dimensions no matter the size of the shirt.

Q. Can you use a picture from my website on my shirt?
A. Pictures from websites are usually 72 dpi. This is not high enough quality to be embroidered

Q. Can I see a proof of one item before you embroider the whole batch?

A. We offer a preproduction sew out along with a digital proof.
